Bondivideo is a free, independent app for public transit in Montevideo. We built it with privacy in mind — the app works fully without any account, and we collect no personal data whatsoever.
The app requests access to your device location solely to center the map on your position and show nearby bus stops. Your location is never transmitted to any server — it stays entirely on your device.
Your saved stops, saved journeys, and preferences (language, walking speed) are stored locally on your device only. This data is never uploaded or shared anywhere.
Live bus positions and departure times are fetched in real time from the public STM Montevideo API (datos.gub.uy). These requests contain no personal information.
Bondivideo does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no age-restricted content.
If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
